Yelyzaveta Shevchenko
Yelyzaveta “Lyz” Shevchenko is a paralegal at the Krudys Law Firm. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with a minor in European Studies from the Virginia Commonwealth University. During her studies, Ms. Shevchenko worked at the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and the Valentine Museum, where she expanded her knowledge and appreciation of Richmond’s history, policies, people, and culture. Ms. Shevchenko graduated summa cum laude in 2019. Since then, she spent several years working as a technical writer before pursuing her longstanding interest in law by working as an immigration paralegal at a national law firm.
Her passion for social justice and civil rights brought her to the Krudys Law Firm, where she assists throughout all steps of the litigation process, from intake to trial and beyond. When not at work, Ms. Shevchenko loves watercolor painting, antiquing, and exploring Richmond.
Ms. Shevchenko is a Paralegal Member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA).
