Juliana Neelley is a paralegal at the Krudys Law Firm. She studied public policy at the College of William & Mary, graduating summa cum laude in 2023. While in school, she interned with the Virginia Poverty Law Center’s Eviction Helpline, where she conducted intake to connect tenants facing eviction with attorneys. Here she saw how powerfully attorneys can change lives through advocacy when they empower clients to assert their rights. This experience, alongside her undergraduate coursework in civil rights and civil liberties, inspired her to join the legal field.

Ms. Neelley enjoys serving clients in her current role assisting the attorneys and plans to eventually attend law school. She is incredibly grateful to work at a firm whose work aligns with her values as they fiercely advocate for Virginians’ civil rights. In her free time, Juliana loves yoga, cooking, spending time in nature, and listening to audiobooks (she says they still count!).
