Business Litigation

I regularly represent individuals, shareholders, and small businesses in litigation against large entities involving claims of breach of fiduciary duties, fraud/ misrepresentations, breach of contract, and tortious interference. Among other leadership positions, I previously served as Chair of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association’s Business Litigation section.  In connection with our civil litigation practice area (and numerous other practice areas), our firm regularly handles matters on a “blended fee” or contingency fee basis.
