Police excessive force

On multiple occasion, Mr. Krudys has successfully represented victims of excessive force employed by police.

Among other matters, Mr. Krudys and Ben Crump obtained an $8.5 million settlement in a police excessive force case and are currently pursuing legislative changes to help prevent similar tragedies.

Additionally, along with a team of talented colleagues, The Krudys Law Firm obtained a $6.5 million recovery in a police taser case.

The matters are believed to be the largest, or among the largest, police excessive force recoveries in the Commonwealth.
